Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 14, 2026
1. Introduction
AxiomBI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, specifically regarding our integration with third-party services like Google and Microsoft 365.
2. Google User Data Disclosures
AxiomBI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- How we access your data:We use OAuth 2.0 to securely access your Google Drive and Google Sheets. We only request
readonlyaccess, meaning we cannot modify or delete your files. - How we use your data:The data fetched from your Google Sheets is used solely to populate the visualizations and dashboards you create within AxiomBI. We do not use this data for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
- How we store your data:AxiomBI acts as a real-time "pass-through." We do not store your Google Sheet data on our permanent servers. Data is encrypted in transit and only exists in your browser session and temporary encrypted cache for performance.
- Sharing your data:We never share, sell, or disclose your Google user data to third parties. Your data is strictly used for your own analysis within your private account.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. For local SQL Server connections via the Axiom Bridge, all communication is outbound-only, ensuring no inbound firewall rules are ever required.
4. Zero-Persistence Policy
AxiomBI is designed with a "Security-First" architecture. This means we prioritize the live streaming of your data from its source (SQL, Excel, Sheets) rather than keeping copies in our own databases. This minimizes the risk of data exposure.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to revoke AxiomBI's access to your third-party accounts at any time through your Google or Microsoft security settings. Upon revocation, all temporary credentials and cache related to your account are immediately purged from our system.
