1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AxiomBI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AxiomBI provides a high-performance Business Intelligence platform that allows users to connect to various data sources (including local SQL databases via Axiom Bridge, Google Sheets, and Microsoft 365) to create interactive dashboards and visualizations.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Connectivity & Third-Party Services
Our Service allows you to connect to third-party services (e.g., Google, Microsoft). By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the respective terms and privacy policies of those third parties. AxiomBI is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by these third-party services.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineering the software, or using the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxiomBI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AxiomBI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
